What we do, what you do, your first week and your data. One page.
What we do
- Set Fox Office up on your work, not a demo: your inbox, your calendar, your calls and your files, connected in the kickoff.
- Take the two or three jobs that annoy you most every day and have them working within 48 hours.
- Give you a real person who sets it up with you and stays your contact. Real person, real support, at every tier.
- Ship new features as they're ready, at no extra cost. We release most weekdays.
What you do
- Pay £450 a month. That's it.
Your first week
- Day 1: the kickoff. Bring whoever runs your diary or your paperwork; they're who it saves the most time. We connect your tools and agree the jobs to take off your plate first.
- Days 2–3: those jobs set up and working, with a short film of each one.
- End of week 1: a 15-minute check-in on what's landed and what to change.
Your data
- It's stored in the EU (Paris), in a database only Fox Office can reach, with every table locked to your workspace.
- Your workspace is yours alone. Nobody at another client can see it, and our team only looks when you ask us to help.
- The AI providers we use don't train their models on your content under the terms we use them on.
- You choose which tools to connect and can disconnect any of them at any time. When you leave, you get 30 days to export everything, then we delete it from our live systems.
The small print, made short
- Three months minimum, full stop. Give notice any time after month two and you finish at month three; after that it's a rolling month.
- Cancelling takes no more steps than signing up did. No renewal traps, so there is nothing to remember.
