What that pays you

What each spends a month£450

An estimate, not a promise of earnings: commission is earned only on money we actually receive, and stops when a customer leaves. The year figure assumes every one stays the year.

How it works

Three steps. The first takes a minute.

  1. 1
    Get your link.

Your name and email at the top of this page. The link is on your screen straight away, and in your inbox.

  2. 2
    Share it.

In a newsletter, a post, a conversation with a client. Once you've signed up, your partner pack has the words ready to paste.

  3. 3
    Get paid every month.

We track the clicks, the calls and the customers your link brings. Commission is paid monthly once your balance passes £25.

Is this for you

Referral partners do well when their audience already asks them what to use.

1
Fractional directors and consultants

Your clients ask what they should run the business on. You already have the answer.

2
IT providers and agencies

25% on top of your own fee, for setting a client on something that works with what they already have.

3
Accountants and bookkeepers

The month-end paperwork that lands on your desk is the paperwork Fox Office takes off theirs.

4
Networks, communities and newsletters

An audience of business owners who trust what you recommend.

The terms, in full

The whole commercial deal on one screen.

Commission25% of what the customer pays us, after VAT and refunds (founding rate; 20% for referrals after our 100th customer)
What countsA customer's first real payment. A booked call on its own doesn't earn anything
Link window30 days, if the visitor accepts cookies; the last referral link they clicked wins
Holding period30 days after each payment, so a refund comes off before you're paid
RefundsNo commission on money we give back
Minimum payout£25; anything under it rolls into the next month
PayoutsMonthly, by bank transfer, for the previous month's cleared payments
TiersOne rate. No second level, no recruiting other partners

The partner agreement has the full wording. Where this summary and the agreement disagree, the agreement wins.

How you may promote us

Earn the click honestly.

Yes
  • Reviews and write-ups of Fox Office in your own words
  • Newsletters, podcasts and videos, with the link in the description
  • Recommending it to your clients and your network
  • Social posts that say you earn a commission
  • Paid ads that point to your own content about us
No
  • Bidding on "Fox Office" or "Cleverfox" in search ads
  • Paid-for or incentivised clicks
  • Referring yourself or your own company
  • Cookie stuffing, or any link a person didn't choose to click
  • Cold email or texts to people who haven't agreed to hear from you; sole traders need their consent first (UK PECR)
  • Claims we don't publish: prices, results or features that aren't on foxoffice.app

The questions partners ask before they start.

Is this an affiliate programme?

Yes: some call it that, we call it being a referral partner. It's the same thing: you share your link and earn on the customers it brings. The other way to work with us is white label, offering Fox Office under your own brand; ask about it below.

How long does my link count for?

For the visit, always. If the visitor accepts cookies, for 30 days, so they can come back later. If they decline cookies and come back on their own another day, we can't tell it was you, and we'd rather say so than guess.

What happens if a customer gets a refund?

Commission is earned on money we keep. That's why each payment is held 30 days before it counts: a refund inside that window simply never earns.

Do I have to be a Fox Office customer?

No. You need to know businesses it would help, and to tell them honestly.

Do I have to sell anything?

No. Send the link and Dom takes it from there: the call, the setup, the support.

Can I see my numbers?

Yes, any time: your sign-up email has a link to your own page, with the clicks on your link, the calls booked, your paying customers and the commission they've earned. It's private to you.

Can I offer it under my own brand?

Possibly, for firms with a client base that needs it. Say so on the call and we'll talk it through.
