Upfront pricing

Three months to prove it. We're betting you'll stay.

We price by the work it replaces, not by the head. Start with the one job you hate doing every day. Your maximum risk is £1,350 — three months, and that's the most it can cost to find out.

£450 a month · Give us three months · Then a rolling month. That's the whole policy.

You choose how long: from a 15-minute quick intro to a 90-minute strategy session. We won't pressure you.

How to leave

Our cancellation policy is three lines long.

  1. 1
    Tell us.

An email or a phone call does it. No form.

  2. 2
Three months to start, then a month's notice.

That's the policy. It's one sentence long.

  3. 3
    Your data goes with you.

Your price in four taps. No call.

Answer four questions and the price is on the screen. It's the same number as the cards, because there is one number per way in and we don't move it. Nobody rings you.

Fox OfficeThree questions, nothing to type. Your price at the end, from the page, not from a sales call.
Fox OfficeOne company, or more than one?
What it replaces

You already pay more than this. You pay it in evenings.

Less than a day a week of someone's salary. Set it to your own week; it starts empty because we don't know your week. The hours are the ones nobody invoices for: timesheets, chasing, the books, the proposal written at 11pm.

The checking comes off, because you will check. An evening is 3 hours.

Slide the first one. We haven't filled it in for you. A sum we'd done would be our number, not yours.

What the number is backed by

Six promises. Proof on every card.

1
Give us three months.

To make it work for you. Then it's a rolling month — give notice any time after month two and you finish at month three.

2
Your maximum risk is a number.

The price times three months, printed on the card. That's the most it costs to find out.

3
Already a customer?

Your price doesn't change until we've written to you, personally, with a date.

4
We'll close five of your tabs or we'll shut up.

Counted at onboarding, checked at 90 days, printed here.

5
It gets better while you sleep.

A public, dated changelog in the app. If it hasn't got better this month, tell us.

6
If a spreadsheet's doing the job, keep the spreadsheet.

Said on sales calls. Said here.

Straight answers

The questions people ask before they book.

Is there a contract?

Not a long one. No 12-month contracts. Every tier has a three-month minimum — give us that long to make it work. You can give notice from the end of month two, so three months means three months, and it's a rolling month after that.

Why price by the work, not the seat?

Because the work is what you're paying for now, in salary and in evenings. Counting seats is how a business ends up with three people sharing a login.

What's the most it can cost me?

The price times three months, and it's printed on the card. That's the most it can cost to find out, and nothing renews behind your back.

Does the price go up?

Not without a letter to you, personally, with a date on it. The price you join at is the price until then.

Can I start without talking to anyone?

The price, yes: it's on this page, and the quote above is the quote. Starting, not yet: a call with Dom on your business is how you begin, and self-serve is coming. You choose how long: from a 15-minute quick intro to a 90-minute strategy session. We won't pressure you. The price on the call is the price you see here.

How do I leave?

Tell us. An email or a phone call, no form. Three months minimum, with notice any time from the end of month two, then month to month. Every screen downloads as a spreadsheet on the way out.

What if a spreadsheet's doing the job?

Keep the spreadsheet. We'll say so on the call too.

You know the price. Now see it work.

Dom, on your business. Not a slideshow.
