Real person, real support

Something's wrong? Ask one of us.

There is no ticket queue here and no bot on the end of it. The person who set Fox Office up with you stays your contact — that is in the terms you sign, not just on a page.

Getting help

There is no ticket queue and no bot on the end of this.

Who actually answers?

One of us. The person who set Fox Office up with you stays your contact — not a rota, not a shared inbox with a reference number. That is the same promise on every tier, and it is in the terms you sign, not just on a page.

How do I get hold of you?

Email hello@cleverfox-ai.com and it reaches a person. If it is urgent, say so in the subject line — we read those first. Monday to Friday, UK working hours.

What if something is broken at 9pm?

Send it anyway. We would rather read it first thing with the detail fresh than have you write it up again in the morning. We do not promise an overnight answer, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

Can you just show me, rather than explain it?

Usually faster, yes. Ask for a call and we will share a screen and do the thing with you. Most support questions are five minutes with someone watching.

Getting started

What the first week looks like, in the words you agreed to.

What happens in the kickoff?

Day 1: the kickoff. Bring whoever runs your diary or your paperwork; they're who it saves the most time. We connect your tools and agree the jobs to take off your plate first.

How long until something actually works?

Days 2–3: those jobs set up and working, with a short film of each one.

Who should be in the room?

Whoever runs your diary or your paperwork. They are the person it saves the most time, and the person who knows where the bodies are buried in your current process.

What do I need to have ready?

Nothing prepared. Bring the job that annoys you most and the logins for whatever it runs on today. If you are not sure what connects, the list is on our What it connects to page and it says honestly which things are live and which are on the list.

Money, and leaving

The short version. The full version is on the pricing page and in the terms.

Is there a long contract?

No 12-month contracts. Every tier has a three-month minimum — give us that long to make it work. You can give notice from the end of month two, so three months means three months, and it is a rolling month after that.

What if it does not work for me?

Three months is the minimum, so that is the most it can cost to find out. Cancelling takes no more steps than signing up did. No renewal traps, so there's nothing to remember.

How do I leave?

Tell us. An email or a phone call does it. No form. Three months to start, then a month's notice. That's the policy. It's one sentence long. Your data goes with you. Every screen downloads as a spreadsheet today. The one-click export of everything is coming.

Will the price go up?

Not without a letter to you, personally, with a date on it. The price you join at is the price until then.

Your data

The same words that are in the terms you sign.

Where is my data kept?

It's stored in the EU (Paris), in a database only Fox Office can reach, with every table locked to your workspace.

Can anyone else see my workspace?

Your workspace is yours alone. Nobody at another client can see it, and our team only looks when you ask us to help.

Is my work used to train AI models?

The AI providers we use don't train their models on your content under the terms we use them on.

Do you track me inside the app?

No. The advertising and analytics tags on our public marketing pages do not run inside a signed-in workspace at all — no pixels, no session recording, no fingerprinting. Your work is not measured. Our privacy notice says which tools run where.

Still stuck? Email us or book a call. The full terms are on /terms, what we do with your data is on /privacy, and the price is on /pricing.
